How to Delete Your UniHub Account

At UniHub, we respect your right to privacy and data control.

Steps to Delete Your Account In-App

Open the UniHub App

Ensure you are logged into the account you wish to delete.

Go to Profile

Tap the Profile icon in the bottom navigation bar.

Select Delete Account

Scroll down to the "Support" section and tap "Delete Account".

Confirm Deletion

Confirm your choice in the pop-up window. Your account will be queued for immediate deletion.

Warning: Permanent Action

Deleting your account is permanent. This will remove your profile, preferences, and all other personalized data. This action cannot be undone.

Account Data

All personal profile information is deleted immediately upon account closure.

Associated Data

Scheduling preferences, and AI query history are permanently wiped.

Compliance Data

Anonymized transaction records are retained for 6 months for accounting and fraud prevention (as per legal requirements).
