We collect only the data necessary to provide and improve UniHub's AI services. This includes Identity & Account Data (name, email, password, user type) for security and communication;
Financial Data (billing info, transaction history) for subscriptions (handled by third-party processors, not stored fully by us);
Academic & Scheduling Data (timetables, course names) for personalized planning and notifications;
Performance & Activity Data (exam results, mastery levels, Ask AI queries)
for AI personalization and progress reports;
and Lecturer-Uploaded Content (course materials) for content delivery.
We also collect anonymous Usage Data (device type, app usage) for technical stability.

We use your data primarily to deliver core app functions like scheduling, exam simulation, and AI tutoring. We share data only with essential Service Providers for payments and secure cloud hosting.
Regarding Third-Party AI, we will clearly disclose the data being shared and the provider, and we will obtain your explicit, opt-in consent within the App before sharing any Personal Data for external AI processing or training.
We never use your data to serve targeted advertisements, nor do we track your activity across other apps or websites for advertising purposes.

You retain control over your data. You can access and correct most Personal Data within the App settings
You have the right to request the permament deletion of your account and all assocaited Personal Data directly through the App settings (e.g., Account -> Delete Account) or by contacting us via email. We will comply with deletion requests promptly, retaining data only as required by law. You may also revoke consent for any specific data processing at any time through the App's privacy settings.

UniHub is desinged for univeristy students (adults 18 or older). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under the age of 16. If we become aware of such data collection, we will promptly delete it.
